Day Rides

The mountain valleys of North East Victoria abound with colourful birdlife, majestic views, lush pastures and a delightful climate. Bogong Horseback Adventures offer day rides in the heart of the High Country. Experience riding the beautiful tracks of the Alpine National Park through tall mountain forests, fern gullies and river crossings. Experienced guides with horses to suit all riders. All rides include tuition, Hard hats and oilskin coats if required.

3 hour ride $80
Full day ride with lunch $160

We do not take daily trail ride bookings by email.

Bookings for our daily trail rides are made by appointment. We generally need about 24 hours notice, longer for holiday weekends etc. It is best to make a booking over the phone so we can have a conversation about your needs and settle on a time and date.

When booking on behalf of a group we need details for each rider, First Name, Age if not adult, riding experience, approx size if over 80kgs, and a contact phone number for the day of the ride.
