A deposit of $300 is required to secure your place on one of our trips. Due to the limited number of places available it is necessary to charge the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure
—100% of Deposit.

Cancellation 29 to 0 days prior to departure
— 100% of tour cost.

We will transfer deposits and tour payments to the following season, at no penalty, if you cannot meet your planned departure.

Most of our adventures are in remote wilderness areas and Bogong Horseback Adventures reserves the right to alter itineraries as weather and conditions demand. Any personal expenses incurred as a result of delays, alterations or curtailments on any Adventures caused by such circumstances are your responsibility. Bogong Horseback Adventures reserve the right to alter all prices and itineraries without notice.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend all clients take out travel insurance and that, in so doing, you check that your policy covers the appropriate activity and emergency evacuation charges.
